Merc Solutions (Mokgwatjane Employment Relations Consultants and Solutions) was established in 2016 by Mr Machile Phineas Mokgwatjane with the objective of providing Human Resources Outsourced services to Small and Medium scale companies.
Merc Solutions later provided Occupational Health and Safety Services within the construction industry and went on to providing services in other sectors such as the security sector, Mechanical / engineering sectors, Manufacturing and Retail sectors.
